Rockbourne are delighted to be partnering with one of the most rapidly growing FTSE 250 REITs to help them appoint a new Investment professional to their growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing both on and off-market investment opportunities to add to their expanding portfolio in the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will be very numerical with the ability to source and execute their own transactions.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to make the move from a consultancy to the client side.

The Role:

  • Analysing investment opportunities to provide meaningful output and risk-weighted analysis.
  • Cultivating investment opportunities by liaising with the market, private and institutional investors and developers
  • Working with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes both during opportunity appraisal and afterwards helping to maximise asset management initiatives
  • Working with 3rd party advisors to undertake due diligence to include surveyors, solicitors and tax advisors
  • Overseeing developments and managing drawdowns for development projects the company are funding

About you:

  • You will be a well-presented and balanced individual with entrepreneurial flair, commercial intelligence and a good foundation of technical skills
  • A desire to work in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience in some or all investment brokerage, investment management, investment valuation and landlord and tenant representation
  • High attention to detail and extremely numerate with good Excel capability
  • Experience of property valuation and transactions
  • A Strong ability to review lease and title documents
  • MRICS with a minimum 2 years relevant PQE
